We want you to be satisfied with your No Snowmen purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at nosnowmen.golf@gmail.com as soon as possible, so we can make it right.

Because many No Snowmen products are made, decorated, or produced specifically for your order, made to order and customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for, color selection, or change of mind. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Unworn, unused non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return. Contact us before returning any merchandise. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
